HCS SB 422 -- EXPUNGEMENT OF RECORDS

This bill provides that when a court enters an order of
expungement for arrest records or alcohol-related driving
offenses, the expunged records will be confidential and only
available to the parties or by a court order upon a showing of
good cause.
